The coffee comes from the Giraldo family farm. It is a single-origin coffee (SCAA 84) grown at 2,000 meters above sea level. The family has won the Colombian Cup of Excellence for it. The coffee has aromas of sweet apples, milk chocolate, brown sugar and dry fruits. It is a well developed coffee that can be enjoyed as an espresso, but also as a round filter.
